The past year and a half brought challenges from all directions: a pandemic, economic hardship, a painful racial reckoning, political turmoil and civil unrest. How do we hit the “reset” button in order to move forward with strength and resilience? In this 4-part series, Lindsay Bira, PhD, clinical health psychologist, teaches you how to maximize your growth and wellbeing, and build wisdom from past experiences.

October 4: Looking Forward: Resilience & Evolution
