VIRTUAL EVENT: Hack Your Brain - Living a mindful life in the midst of challenging times

Tuesday, 23 June, 2020 12:00 pm
Zoom (online, register below)

Life is short. The brain is tricky.
Sometimes, the natural way we respond to a problem actually locks it in...and because it may be possible to work around problems, it can be easy to allow them to stay.  Why do problems stick around and how much better could life be?

Join us for a conversation with clinical health psychologist, Dr. Lindsay Bira, where she'll share evidence-based research and tools to take back control to live your life feeling balanced, free, aware, and fulfilled. Learn how to use mindfulness as a way to know ourselves deeply, see and feel the tough stuff, and grow through challenging perspective and programming.
