Life is short. The brain is tricky. Sometimes, the natural way we respond to a problem actually locks it in…and because it may be possible to work around problems, it can be easy to allow them to stay. Why do problems stick around and how much better could life be? Join us on June 23, 2020 for a conversation with clinical health psychologist, Dr. Lindsay Bira, where she shares evidence-based research and tools to take back control to live your life feeling balanced, free, aware, and fulfilled. Learn how to use mindfulness as a way to know ourselves deeply, see and feel the tough stuff, and grow through challenging perspective and programming.
